BCAAs - the 3 branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are essential amino acids which our body is unable to synthesise, being receive from supplementation or food. Recommended use: Drink 1 shot 30 minutes before workout or immediately after workout. Shake before use.
